Enriched Bleached Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Dextrose, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Shortening (Contains Soybean Oil), Active Dry Yeast with Sorbitan Monostearate, Soy Lecithin (Emulsifier), Salt, Nonfat Milk, Maltodextrin.


Just add water. For Thin Crust: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a 12 inch pizza pan or a large baking sheet. Combine pizza crust mix and 1/2 cup hot tap water in mixing bowl. Stir with fork until blended. Form into a ball and grease with about 1 teaspoon oil. Cover and set in a warm place for 5 to 10 minutes. Press dough evenly onto bottom of pan using greased hands. Pinch edges to form a rim. Spread with pizza sauce and your favorite toppings. Bake on lowest oven rack 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and topping are hot. For Thick Crust: Make as directed above, except press dough into a 9-inch circle on cookie sheet or pizza pan. For Deep Dish: Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease 9 x 1-1/2 inch round pan. Make as directed above, except press dough in bottom and 1 inch up side of pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
